* Representative costs based on historic experience and recent conditions in global markets. Includes foundation, erected painted building, standard roof, tile flooring/walls, windows & doors, kitchen sink, tile counter & basic cabinets (except “Mass” housing), bathroom sink, toilet & handheld shower, internal electrical wiring & connections and water/sewer pipes, fittings, & connections. Typically, land is on the order of 25%, site preparation 25% and the finished lockable shell 50% of the total cost. Appliances, furniture, electrical fixtures & lamps and plumbing fixtures are additional cost. Actual costs subject to specific building design and other project requirements and local/market costs for construction materials, labor, & other items for specific projects/locations.
