We have constructed over 55,000 units globally over 40 years that are still in excellent condition and still occupied. Not only are our buildings affordable and sustainable, they are also strong. Our pre-cast concrete buildings are rated for high seismic and wind loadings and have withstood California Zone 4 earthquakes and 200+ MPH winds.
