Maxam MCO® Concrete Forming Panels Perform with Flying Colors on Boston Commercial Building Project November 3, 2006. Maxam's MCO® (Maxam Composite Overlay)-faced plywood concrete forming panels are being used successfully by Turner Construction at a commercial building construction project in Boston, as shown in the following photo. Maxam's MCO®-faced plywood forming products are the black-faced panels in the photos. The job-build form was used without any release agent and cleaned easily with water between pours. The smooth concrete finish provided by MCO® on the 100th pour will be the same as provided on the initial pours. Upon the completion of this project, Turner will be using the panels on another project, and expect order more panels for future projects. The MCO® panels were chosen for their high reuse capabilities with minimal cleaning and high quality concrete. Back to News & Events
