Leigh K. Reichel, Jr., brings more than 16 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting operations, managing an IPO, business and tax planning and compliance from senior level positions. Prior to joining Maxam in 2002, Mr. Reichel served as Vice President, Finance and as Trustee for The .COM Group, a software development company where he was responsible for the company’s financial, administrative, operational and legal affairs. Following the company’s filing for dissolution in 2001, he managed the dissolution process and the completion of corporate affairs. Previously, he provided financial and operational consulting services for several companies; including Pingtone, a VOIP service provider, and NeuralAct, an international software development company, Bioinformatics and International Travel Media Partners. His services

included business planning, financial modeling, fundraising, legal administration, market identification, and operational support and execution.

Mr. Reichel also served as Chief Financial Officer at XtremeSpectrum, Inc., where he raised funds for the wireless technology development company and developed new business strategies, implemented a financial infrastructure and handled all corporate and financial legal matters.

Mr. Reichel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from James Madison University, where he studied accounting and economics. He also earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
